Shortcut for the "secret menu" is Win + X (I use it a lot).
Tip for Open-shell users:
It disables the right click on start menu icon by default, to take it back go to Open-shell settings, check "Show all settings", go to "Controls" tab and check "Right click opens Win+X menu" at the bottom of the list.

To change the default app for a filetype its waaaay more quicker to just right click one file of the type you want to change its default app, go to "Properties" in the menu and click the "Change..." button next to "Open with:".
It will open a list of compatible programs, whatever you choose will be used for all files of that type (its a global change, not just for that specific file).

The tip about print screen is fantastic. I often forget the second shortcut with Windows key Shift and S. And I didn't know about Windows key and print screen key at all.
About searching for files, that function is ginial! It has already saved me many hours of work finding duplicate text in documents on a local server at my work. There are around 50 employees who do not have a lot of IT knowledge, each of them has their files everywhere. It's my job to try to make a system. but after 10+ years of files in +100 folders with subfolders, this is genius. I have asked the local IT support and they had no idea how I could solve this problem. thank you very much!

You used to be able to access Disk Cleanup by right-clicking on the c: drive and choosing Properties and the cleanup button. In Win 11, you now get a Details button which fires you into Settings.
Rich, in Disk Cleanup, there's also the More Options tab which would let you discard old Restore Points as well. I would highly recommend creating a restore point on a good-working system before doing so.

Tip 1 Shortcut: Right-click on the destop (anywhere but an icon) and choose Personalise down at the bottom of the menu. Tip 2 Shortcut: IF you don't want to set your PrintScreen button for whatever reason but you want to use the Snip tool occasionally then CTRL+Shift+S will bring up the Snip Tool as well.
