I wrote this song a couple years ago when I entered a relationship and found myself self sabotaging and trying to push my partner away, so fangs became this kind of symbolic message of domesticating myself and pulling my 'fangs' out so I wouldn't hurt this person anymore. An act of strength disguised as weakness.
Fun fact: I initially got the idea for this because I was getting my wisdom teeth out and I wanted to make them into jewelry for my parter hence the "I made you a necklace, it dangles with my teeth" as a loving gesture.
