Cagelocke Rules:
1- Any Pokémon that faints is considered "dead," and must be released or stored in a specified PC box for "dead" Pokémon.
2- You can only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else
3- After each Gym Battle, we will face off in the CageMatch!
---Each Player sends 1 Pokemon
---Pokemon can only be sent in a Cagematch four times max
---Pokemon have 2 lives in Cage Matches
4- The Winning Team chooses ONE of these rewards!
---Unlimited TM Usage for that Pokemon
---Unlimited Held Item Usage for that Pokemon
---Nature Change
(If you obtain those 3 perks with one Pokemon - you can then get a final perk of changing your Pokémon's ability to WHATEVER you want!
5- You cannot teach Pokemon TMs or give them held items unless earned in a CageMatch!
6- This will be a round robin style where it will be 3 Cage Matches after each gym and the winners will be awarded 1 point!

7- Whoever has the most points will be awarded 1st place and gets a bye into the final fight. 2nd & 3rd will face off in a 6v6 team wifi battle to then move on to finals to face off whoever placed in 1st.
8- Whoever wins in the finals, is the Cagelocke Champio

25:31 I prefer that ruling — well with it being 2 Pokémon with a BST > 600 (not >= 600) — because a Pokémon being a Legendary doesn’t mean they’re strong (Phione, Articuno, Celebi, etc.) and just because they’re not a legendary doesn’t mean they are weaker (Slaking). So it being arbitrarily based on whether or not they are a legendary is dumb

In all fairness to Vinny getting Latias, it's always randomized to a Legendary with a Mega, and Rayquaza doesn't count because there's no Mega Stone for Rayquaza, so the only four the randomizer has to choose from are Mewtwo, Latios, Latias, and Diancie.

The legend/mega cap has been around a while, but since it’s a 3 way project this time maybe it can be raised to 3 legends/megas lol. Or a Gurphy clause

I agree with the over 600 BST, because pseudo's are really strong and some legendaries are not that good. I think putting the cap on the BST makes sense. SO when you get a Slaking it would take one of those slots. I also think the current rules are confusing. While being limited to 600 BST makes it a lot more clear which pokemon would take that slot up. It would also mean stuff like Phione wouldn't take up the legend spot.

I agree with the one legend, one mega rule; or one legend, one pseudo legend/mythical rule.
It will be a really pointless fight at the end if Frank had four, or even six pokemon, against the other two with only one or none.
Sure, the randomizer has been good to him; but that doesn't mean he should have all of them on his team.

Frank, suggestion, any legendary you should name them with the first letter of the Pokémon name with 'urphy'... example:
Palka = Purphy
Mewtwo = Murphy
Lugia = Lurphy
