I’ve heard comments about this version being obviously not hopeful compared to Bo Burnham’s. I see a lot of hopefulness. We ought not to be so scared of the end & embrace it. The one thing I think about when I listen to this song, especially Phoebe's version, is Bo Burnham's smille while he was sitting at one of Phoebe's concerts and the whole crowd was singing along to his song. It just makes me feel so happy. I hope he realizes how much his existence matters to people.
