It's heartbreakingly sad how Bandit and Chili wordlessly hold hands when the baby balloon suddenly pops. So much pain is conveyed in that small moment, and it's sweet how they support each other through their actions.

I recently lost a close friend I served with in the military. I had been struggling to process everything and came across the episode with Jean-Luc. Chili's line "Sometimes special people come into our lives, stay for a little bit, and then they have to go. But the bit when they were was happy wasn't it?" Sent me into a 2 hour long crying spell but afterwards all I think about are the good/goofy times. Who knew a cartoon dog could help process loss in such a profound way.

Coco's mum wasn't just talking to Chilli at that moment, she was talking to ALL the parents. Didn't matter that my kids are 16 and 13, I needed to hear that. 🥰

"Copycat" really hits hard the first time you watch it. "It's out of our hands" is still one of the most surprisingly poignant lines in the series.

Without a doubt the most mature preschool show ever! I'm 31, and I enjoy it so much.

Bandit and Chilli are one of the best married couples I have ever seen in media for children. Bandit grabbing Chilli’s hand to comfort her was so precious

Unlike many other shows geared towards children, there's something for both parents and children. While kids appreciate the zany characters and storylines, adults will understand the mature, realistic themes.

I cried so much at Onesies. The way Chili explain to Bluey why her sister is sad is just perfect. A child understand that there's something going on, and a adult just know what it is. It's heartbreaking. Just explaining the episode to my husband made him cry too, even if it doesn't concern us or someone that we know

“you know what’s here now, you don’t need to keep coming back to this place” absolutely wrecks me.

The fact there are over 20 real life moments in Bluey shows it’s the best!

This may not count as a “serious” issue, but I like the episode “yoga ball” when bingo learns to use her big girl bark :) the message in that one is really wholesome to me :)

It has been confirmed that Chilli did have a miscarriage. Brumm said that he inspired himself on a friend's experience where she would have to find the strength to move on for the sake of the other children that needed her. This may mean that Chilli's miscarriage happened not long ago and is possible the reason behind their decision to not have more kids and focus on raising the ones they already have.

I related to dance mode the most. As a Autistic person, verbalizing things like my emotions can be challenging and I tend to people please a lot. That episode really taught me to be kinder to myself and give my time to process things. I love bluey so much.

When Bella said "You're doing great" is fantastic for Chilli's situation but also for other situations when people are going through rough or tough moments in their lives.

The Jean Luc episode put me in tears. I had a very dear friend in highschool that due to him being a few grades ahead of me graduated a few years before i did and i lost contact with him. Hearing the line about special people only coming into our lives for a short time always makes me think of him. Tjaden, if you're out there. I hope youre doing well.

The first time I watched Bluey without my nephews I was having a very emotional hangover and accidentally put on Bluey, but left it on anyway, and the episode where Bluey is trying to ride a bike and sees Bingo, Muffin, and some other kid all trying to do things that can’t succeed at but then they don’t give up and eventually figure it out... I sobbed. This show is a masterpiece.

"Sleepytime" is the one that broke me the most, and it still does. I lost my mum and Chilli's line always make my ugly cry. Also her representation as the sun is spot on, our mums are our sun 🥰

I suffered from very bad post natal depression and anxiety in the first five months after my son was born (now 16 months), and Baby Race still NEVER fails to make me cry, even after multiple watchings.
