The one chasing the squirrel around the tree was a fisher cat. Same type of weasel but different. Cousins. Fisher cat is a little bigger. I knew a guy that trained martens to hunt rats and mice on farms. Two martins would kill hundreds of rats and mice in just a couple of hours. Very impressive little psychopaths.
