Here a theory....if it is the big " A" coming that would make sense when we saw charles vision of gambit since gambit was one of apocalypse's horsemen. He was Death at one point. So could that be how they bring him back? As death then leading that into the next season they have to save him? Could be interesting way to bring him back.

Well by the intro magneto isn’t an xman anymore. What I thought was interesting is how powerful Xavier is when he casually controlled everyone on the astral plane. Well Mabe not lelandria.
