The way Bruno looked at you and turned away was like he had never dealt with such a disrespect in his life. 😂

My jaw actually dropped when you took the thing apart. I can't believe they actually get away with selling those things. I know Walmart isn't the greatest store in the world, but I thought there was at least a LITTLE quality control. Sigh I guess not.

I've seen other tech guys go after these things- how does a major corporation not realize these are garbage?

I figured it was some trickery with the chipset falsely reporting the size. I WASN'T expecting it just to be a micro SD card with a pound of glue on it. Ridiculous but hilarious.

In the UK, even a company such as Walmart (who own ASDA, by the way) would likely be fined huge amounts of money for selling fraudulent items such as this. (Fun fact: In 2013, Tesco was find £300,000 for mislabelling fresh strawberries as hlaf price when they had only been 'full price' for seven days.)

25 Terabytes for $25 is insane! I would never trust it though, something that cheap won’t have good reliability or probably won’t last long.

The actual scam target was obviously YouTubers and TikTokers. They knew people would buy them and make buyer beware videos. This was a great and hilarious video though so well worth it…you definitely got your money back Rich!

It’s not a case of buyer beware - IT’S A CRIME. It says 25TB on the box and if Walmart continues to stock this then they are an accessory to the crime after the fact.
