I’m a 911 / Police / Fire / EMS Dispatcher and I feel alone all the time. I started in 2004 and over the last 3-4 years, it’s been getting worse. It’s hard to find a support system outside of work. I have a wife and daughter but I can’t bring the work horrors home. As silly as it sounds, I gravitate toward these types of YouTube playlists. Mainly because I enjoy this type of calming music, but also to read the comments. It shows me that I am not alone.
Whatever you are going through, be strong, it will pass, and you will be ok.

I love opening my eyes and seeing my cat at the end of my bed. He doesn't know what it's like to be stressed or sad because he just dreams and snuggles in a warm donut shape.
