I feel like dating younger is seen as glamorous and reflects positively on the older person, so I donāt see this kind of stuff going away. At worst, it still ends up on the āexciting/funny/steamyā end of publicity. I had a front row seat for a marriage that was hurt by its age gap; I hated seeing what it did to my mom. So, even if a gap isnāt a crime, I always have a low opinion on such relationships (I donāt say anything thoughā¦).

I remember being a teenager being targeted by men like this, it's disgusting, especially when you get older and you realize that men like this pursue teenagers because they want someone easier to manipulate and control. I can't imagine dating someone younger than 25 these days let alone 15-18 year olds
