This feels very uplifting, a wonderful sound for those of us struggling with seasonal depression. For those of you going through the same, remember that seasonal depression tends to be hormone-driven. Focus on ways to eliminate stress hormones and increase balance. Get some exercise, stay hydrated, get enough sleep, and get some sun, as we are seeing less of it as the seasons change ❤️

Oh Zac, this is lovely. One of the things I like about your music isn't that it just helps me sleep, but when I'm waking up in that hazy, in-between space, the music lets me float softly in sweet peace. Right now for me and so many others, there is such noise in the world, in our hearts and minds,(my grief), that your music is a sanctuary. I hope you understand that, Zac. Feels good to be back at Autumn. The year is nearly done, too. I would usually leave out a long story on where I've been, but I think I'll for a Long Story short instead. I feel hopeful for next year. It won't be easy, but I'll get there. And you can too.
