Fixing my relationship with my father solved my issues with masculinity. I had to talk and express how I felt about him, and how I thought he felt about me. It was so simple yet life changing. Now a days, I wonder what "I don't know, I don't know". The next thing that can be life changing towards leveling up.

Brother, as a self improvement YouTuber who is trying to do a lot of internal self work considering I’ve done a lot to get my life together on the surface (eg lost 20 kilos, have a stable job, etc) in the last two years. I struggle a lot with exploring masculinity due to the lack of a healthy father figure and other mentors in my life. GREAT VIDEO!

Great video, you're incredibly well spoken and you make amazing points. Like you said, masculinity is often socialized out of us from a young age and it's difficult to reclaim that. It's so easy nowadays to live an un-masculine lifestyle, and this video is an incredible explanation on what masculinity is. I hope this inspires more men to be intentional in cultivating masculinity, like it did for me. Much thanks!

Amazing content brother!!! Keep up the pace! I embarked this journey over 3 years ago but seriously about 2-3 month ago.
I let everyone go and just been working on my craft and it’s amazing to see the potential I was surprising by keeping myself with toxic people around me.
I have been fixing my diet no more garbage food only food to fuel me in my journal and daily information that will continue to aid me in my journey!
Before I used feel tired and drained all the time!! Now I feel rejuvenated, and feel to have all the energy in the world even though I’m sleeping less and getting more sh*t done!
Would love to collab if you’re in the Bay Area! Love your mentality my brother! 🫡

Yesterday my teacher was talking about how he is going to train his son to become more practical and resilient as he is growing up so he can become a provider , I was just staring and absorbing all what he's saying , and today I watch this video and now I noticed : I see a father in these people , the image of fatherhood in my head is completely distorted by what I have seen and heard , and just listening to these people makes me feel like a fatherless child who craves to have a good solid father , and I am sure there are a lot people who relate .
Keep up the great work man , it is much needed in this age and time . I really appreciate your movement 🙏🏻
