I was once like this. The subconscious mind always looks for sorrow. The conscious is the one that feels happiness. You must learn to conquer your subconscious mind and use your conscious to rule your life. You will be much happier.
PS: Iβve edited my comment after some research. Our subconscious is actually ruling our daily lives without us thinking (which makes us lazy, mundane, routine and safe). Itβs your conscious mind that you need conquer in order to have control of yourself.
