I really wish I would have read these comments before I placed my order I ordered my hair on the 20th never received any email containing shipping info when I emailed them they were very short until I got stern and they stated hair wouldn't be sent out until jan 1-10th .that's entirely unacceptable & I would have never bought the hair had I known this prior. They claim they are upgrading shipping to help speed things along but in my opinion too much time has been wasted and I still have no tracking info. Next time I'll just order from KRS hair group.

Hi! I really enjoyed your review and you SOLD me on this hair that I placed an order with KKHB. However, they are not responding to my emails and/or addressing any of my concerns. Is the hair holding up ok? How long did it take for them to ship out your hair? I placed my order on Monday Nov. 18th, sent them emails asking about the status of my order and have yet to hear anything from them. I am becoming very worrisome and frantic because what I ordered was quite expensive.
(& apologies for all the questions, I just did a lot (probably way too much) research before choosing KKHB over KKY as I thought their service would be better/faster since they are located in the US.)

The hair is nice but I won't ever order with them again. Ive dye the hair and made a u part wig with the hair but I was really turnt off when I asked one of her users about the product and shipping and Geneva deleted the conversation. Nothing negative was said so I didnt understand why she deleted our convo on IG. It just seems shady to me. I'm going with KRS hair group next time around

Tempest I really hope everything worked out. I ordered again because I cut one of my bundles in a bob and needed another bundle to go with my long hair. It took almost 4 weeks for my hair to arrive. I considered canceling it 3 times but I knew I wanted the hair so I waited. I did email her and she responded EVERYTIME so I'm surprised about the lack of communication. I really love this hair and am getting ready to reinstall it for the third time with only one new bundle. It's really a great purchase.
