Thinking back. After seeing this movie it's ironic that he's killing those who put greed in front of others well being when. HE WAS HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH HIS FRIENDS WIFE, KNOCKED HER UP, AND PLANNED TO RUN AWAY WITH HER. That seems greedy as hell to me. Especially after going to their dinner party, Eating at their table, and once again being FRIENDS with her husband.

The Black Friday scene may have been the most intense for me. Not just for the well executed build up, but also because itâs only slightly exaggerated from real life events.
But the Human Turkey thing dinner at the end is a close secret. I didnât think theyâd take the ideas for roasting a person like a Turkey that far, but damn.

I saw an interview with Patrick Dempsey about this movie. I immediately knew he was the killer. I was like, no way you get Patrick Dempsey in your slasher and not make him to be the killer lol

Am I the only one who thought there was two killers, the logistics of the school sequence seem impossible. I thought the ending was gonna reveal Ryan was the second killer the whole time
Edit: to add to this, Newlon melts his mask only to put on a fresh one right after. There was no reason to do this which makes me think there was originally a second killer whoâd be wearing a fresh mask but they inserted the other scene after they scrapped that idea

Something that bothers me, is if the Sheriff is the killer, then how was he with the police when they discovered the killer was live-streaming the Thanksgiving feast? He couldnât have been in two places at once.

I really liked this movie. I seen it twice. The first time I watched I thought there were 2 killers, the sheriff and Bobby. I quickly noticed the sheriffâs absence and when he started cooking i thought about at the beginning of the movie when he said for a single guy he knows his way around the kitchen. Second time I watched I realized that Jessica was giving the sheriff all the information he needed on his future victims. Like the guy in the turkey costume. First time I thought that was random. I also noticed when the blonde girl got killed and scuba and Jess pull up in the driveway you can see the sheriffâs car parked there. I know there was an officer on sight that got tranquilized but wouldnât he just have a car that says police? The car says sheriff. Movie is great and the whole cast did a great job.

I want to go back and rewatch it after knowing who the killer is. However, the picture of the baby he posted looked like Mitchâs wife was far along but no one mentioned it, so I didnât know if it was a secret baby or they just thought it was Mitchâs kid.
I really thought the one girl was gonna have something happen with her eyes because they kept showing her put her contacts in so slowly but she ended up with the corn holders. Also I do love how everybody is barely touched/hit and organs go out but the sheriff is supposedly hit in the head with a tire iron and thereâs no visible mark or missing scalp.

I love that the burning mask kind of foreshadowed the âendingâ which I genuinely believe thereâs more than one killer things are not adding up on certain scenes and it would be great bc they kind of set it up to where they can make a second movie maybe the second killer reveals themselves

i was actually really impressed by The Movie, it was Really Creative and well thought out and in my opinion a Holiday themed version of "scream", and the idea of the slasher being "John Carver" was actually really interesting. i give Thanksgiving 9/10
