AMD is getting ready to release a monster GPU with their upcoming RDNA 4 RX 8000 Series. The GPUs that have leaked are Navi 48 and Navi 44 which should include the RX 8800 XT, RX 8700 XT, RX 8600 XT, and RX 8600. These GPUs look to be bringing incredibly good price to performance.

AMD has the chance to reset the pricing for GPUs and I really hope that they do. If they can sell these at the right price and actually have enough stock and solid drivers, then they would be a great deal. For people wanting top performance cards and have too much money to spend, they can buy Nvidia's top range cards.

Is the higher clocked 8800XT really going to be stronger than the 7900XT with more compute units and shaders? I don't claim to be a genius when it comes to the math behind all this tech, but that flies in the face of what I thought I understood about GPUs.

The 7800 XT is already the same performance as the 6800 XT so after 3 years and 2 generations we're finally getting the performance uplift AMD should've given us with the 7800 XT... wow, that's so amazing!
