Schedule 3 is not going to work in the long run. When this happens people will be doctor shopping to get cannabis. What will the qualified conditions be? Cannabis treats so many things. The healthiest person on the planet can claim a condition for cannabis treatment. On television now every third commercial contains the phrase "ask your doctor about (fill in the blank)". What schedule are all these drugs? Certainly not over the counter. There will be clinics springing up everywhere to get you prescribed. Then every other third commercial will be a law firm asking "have you or someone you love used (again fill in the blank). Will your insurance cover the cost of prescribed cannabis? Do you see where this is heading? Deschedule is the only workable option for cannabis.
