I have had a few dreams where I get lucid for a while but I don’t wake up I just loose lucidity or sometimes I do wake up one of the main focus for me is Subconscious access and speaking to my subconscious and manifestation so immediately start affirming like in the sky and I affirm my brain does that straight of the bat then it just changes my thing I want be lucid for longer and explore more of my subconscious

one thing I noticed with intimacy in dreams, You attract partners in the astral realm the same as you do in real life. Other spirits are attracted to how You take care of yourself and how you are vibrating. You can actually get rejected in the astral realm because you havent been tending Your garden in real life. Females will pick up on things You are insecure about and it encourages You to live better so You can have more care-free euphoric interactions in the dream world. As above, so below.

Thanks 🧍🏽♂️, I also see this mentality of videogaming in the shifting reality community. We could actually do many other things by learning to shift, I mean very deep things on a spiritual level.Not only for Ourselves but also for others, even if during the journey we Will understands that there is no "me and you " but there is only one unity that manifests itself in different forms. Anyone experienced at meeting spirit guides, actual ones? Able to get proper guidance or level-ups?
I've have a few LDs, but they were short. Once I realized I first had to do a chakra thing, whoosh all were activated in a cold chill, and I woke. I'd awoken from kundalini chills before, but that was next level.

Man I need to quit playing games and meditate more and get back into vivid dreaming... Games = addictive and dopamine release. Constant fight or flight. Reading, playing an instrument, meditating, exercise, long walks, clean diet, intermittent fasting = serotonin . Calm stimulation which is rewarding without the thrill of overcoming an obstacle, with dopamine.
