I am a player of golf and even when I happen to be at it for 20 years, I still had a tough time exceeding Ninety. I wasn`t able to achieve an outstanding round for the last 3-4 years right up until I completed reading these golf swing strategies. I am not effective when making use of my irons. Your drill promotes using the upper body to make the golf swing. That uses the smaller muscles in the che3st, arms, and hands. Turn your trunk/core/abdomen utilizes the bigger and stronger muscles of the back and legs. It's still a fact that larger muscles make more consistent golf swings.
