I'd like to say I love that Effie was given a more prominent role in the films.
I remember she disappears for most of Mockingjay in the book, but watching her betraying all she thought was right to stand by Katniss' side? That's underrated in the fandom.
I also like the final kiss she has with Haymitch.
On another side note, I wish Portia had been adapted.
