I now live in NC and had to Google Stem, NC - it’s still there and is about 1.5 square miles in size!! Although I never want to live many years ago, I’d love to just step back to earlier times and see the differences between then and now, especially the beautiful old buildings that have been removed to build those miserable ugly buildings from the 50s-60s - his the cities grew, etc. and I do love those,steam trains!
