That was pretty cruel of you to ask all of us whether you should refinish your floors but then not show us the condition of said floors.π§π So my vote is you do a video showing the process of refinishing them and including some good before and after footage. Personally, I would definitely be updating the floors in the rental unit because it would take away from the rest of everything you two have done to update it and make it a better looking and working area. You have made the flip house like new so far. I vote you refinish the floors so it goes with the rest of the condition of the house. You have done a great job! These house budget videos have been very entertaining. What a concept of taking $20 out of pocket and flipping the house.
