I dont know where else to go to, but i booked an hour from 7-8am at your silverlake location to practice for awhile(rehearsal room, playing drums) and for the 3 min i was out of the room to use the restroom your cleaning crew threw away my stick bag with all of my sticks and mallets. The room did not look abandoned, i was playing super loud so theres no way they couldnt of known i was there. They even rearranged it for i dont know what reason. Matter of fact i even talked to them on my way in and said Hi. But i emailed support and they tried to tell me youre not liable. What they are failing to realize is you hired a company to enter the room i was renting during my alotted time which absolutely makes you liable. I didnt want to go down this route i honestly wouldve been happy with some studio time equal value to my stick bag, but im insulted that your support thinks im stupid enough to let this go.. Mind you im a full time gigging percussionist, the bag and sticks mallets to replace cost me about $140. whats the plan?
