RARE JAM BOREE CAKE (Please don't eat a REAL Jam Boree):

▶ 2 box of chocolate cake mix
▶ 6 eggs (3 per box)
▶ 1 cup of canola or vegetable oil (1/2 cup per box)
▶ 2 cups of water (1 cup per box)
▶ Chocolate frosting
▶ Eyeball chocolates
▶ Candy-coated chocolate
▶ Pink candles
▶ Party horn blowers
▶ Sparklers
▶ Optional: Sprinkles

1. Pre-heat oven to 350° (ask an adult for help!)
2. Mix together chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and oil.
3. Lightly grease a round baking pan.
4. Pour the mixed cake mix into the baking pan.
5. Bake according to package directions.
(Repeat process for both cakes, one larger, one smaller).
6. Let both cakes cool completely.
7. Spread chocolate icing across the first (larger) round cake.
8. Stack the second (smaller) round cake on top of the larger one. Spread chocolate icing across second cake.
9. Decorate the cake with eyeball chocolate, candy-coated chocolate, pink candles, party horn blowers, sparklers, and sprinklers!
Note: PLEASE ONLY LIGHT SPARKLERS AND CANDLES OUTSIDE WITH THE HELP OF AN ADULT!


EPIC JAM BOREE CORNBREAD MAC N CHEESE:

▶ Butter or bacon fat for greasing
▶ 4 eggs
▶ 1 tbsp butter
▶ 2 tbsp sugar
▶ 1 1/4 cup of milk
▶ 3 tbsp sour cream
▶ 1/4 tsp baking powder
▶ 1/4 tsp baking soda
▶ 2 cups flour
▶ 1 cup cornmeal
▶ 1/4 diced jalapeno pepper
▶ 1/2 cup grated smoked Gouda cheese
▶ 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese

1. Pre-heat oven to 375° (ask an adult for help!).
2. Grease a cast-iron skillet with butter or bacon fat.
3. Add eggs into a mixing bowl with butter and sugar and whisk together.
4. Add milk and sour cream to the bowl and mix well.
5. Add baking powder, baking soda, four, cornmeal, jalapeno, and cheeses to the bowl and fold the mixture together.
6. Add mixture into the pre-greased skillet.
7. Top with more cheese.
8. Add skillet into the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
9. Top with your favorite mac n cheese!
