Just want to take a moment to say that PIP payments have Nothing to do with work regardless of what Sunak says, they are in fact the ONLY benefit that isn’t means tested. It is designed for the extra daily living costs of being disabled, and funds the Motability scheme that leases cars or electric wheelchairs to people who need them for mobility reasons
So when Labour (depressingly) talk about getting people off benefits and into work, or even specifically disabled people off benefits and into work, it does not mean a change to PIP unless they also don’t understand what it does

I first discovered these phytosanitary requirements a year ago after sending one of my regular shipments of sunflower seeds to the EU only to have them destroyed by customs without warning. Because of brexshit my business can no longer export and its affected my larger suppliers too. The cost and hassle of phytosanitary certificates mean its no longer viable. Glad someones talking about this, kind of. I don't usually get annoyed when you guys go off on tangents but this is frustrating to listen to - every time I think youre talking about the subject you veer off again. As an allotment holder, it's good to know about the alpaca poo though!

some context you missed on the humza situation was that green members were going to hold a vote on wither or not to end the bute house agreement because of dissatisfaction on how the SNP haven't listened to their green partners. This would not have passed, there was not enough anti SNP sentiment within the members to pass it but humza didn't want to appear as weak in having the greens leave him so he jumped the gun not realising that the gun was then pointed at him
