Jesse being so uncomfortable even though he's conventionally sexy just shows me that body dysmorphia is so extremely prevalent in the fitness community. No matter how good they look, they always will find flaws and be somewhat uncomfortable with their body. I see it all over the internet. I think we all really need to develop a better understanding of the body. This was a very good and eye opening video.

Wow... Nikita is a very comforting person to listen to. That kind of...comfort in who he is as a person vs. Jesse who doesn't quite have that comfort just yet. It's a very valuable relationship for the both of them I feel, that willingness to be vulnerable, that opportunity for growth. Very beautiful.

When they both posed for each other, it seemed to me that Nikita was more confident than Jesse even though Jesse has the better body based on beauty standards. Jesse was trying to cover himself while Nikita was comfortable to expose all of himself.
