Practising my lucid dreaming again, hasn't happened for over a year as 'life' took over. Im now back to meditating and making an effort every night- so i've just ordered the mugwort, thanks for the tip!!

There also exists a cool metal strainer straw for tea which I use, it works quite well! I have been able to find for myself valerian tea at my local health foods store, so yes it does exist! In addition to the ingredient of valerian root, there is passionflower, lemon balm, peppermint, caraway fruit, and licorice root. The brand is Traditional Medicinals for anyone wanting to find it 😉 Thanks for this video! I will be sure to get some mugwort tea this weekend and combine the two!
Another thing I've found is that when I stop drinking coffee my dreams are clearer, also less sugars and less processed foods helps too for my body. I'm interested to hear what else helps y'all!

Good timing. I just started taking Mugwort about a week ago.
Brewing is much more effective boiling in a pot then straining.
True enough dreams are more vivid. Although in my case I have not gone lucid; an ability I'm trying to regain.(I think I'm trying too hard..)

K so after several months of trying this, finally ordered it off Etsy from someone in France. It’s had no effect on my dreams or their lucidity. I’m still trying to uncover a pattern when I have normal dreams, lucid dreams, out of bodies and mystical experiences. They all seem to be random other than how relaxed and at peace I feel before it happens. That’s all I can put my finger on. Blue lotus was the same. No effect.

I'm one step closer to quit lucid dreaming
I'm so sick and done with it
Edit: I really appreciate yall in the reply section, but I'm honestly really stressed about it, since 2021 for 2 YEARS I've been trying to lucid dream and i NEVER had one, 0 results and I know a lot about Lucid dream, I know the techniques, I know different reality checks, i have a dream journal, plus, everytime I watch a lucid dream video its always the same bs over and over again I'm ALWAYS like "bruh but I already know that" "but this isnt new" also I do the mild techniques everyday, and I tried and still do the techniques, none of them worked for me, Nothing works, 2 years of deception, I already watched "mistakes of lucid dream" and other videos like this and I'm not doing these mistakes, I know what us a lucid dream, I know u can do what u want but honestly, I'm almost quitting, its just si annoying right now, every single night is the same thing, when u are not happy and only angry and frustrated about something, what is the purpose of insisting on this same thing?

Mugwort grows by the creek near my home. Yes, it can enhance your dreams. If you brew a strong tea, it's basically like melatonin dreams for me (I know there are issues with regularly taking melatonin, so wouldn't advise that, but the effects are similar). It's also am excellent herb for meditation as I find it helps me relax and makes visualization more intense (intentional visualization or the kins of stuff thay just pops up while meditating). Personally I prefer to smoke it for waking meditation (I know this isn't for everyone) since it works more quickly and to brew a tea for dreams.

Hey Steff, a gentle reminder that you were going to add a link for the one you use. I see it's not in your notes above. Thanks 🥰

Apart from sharpening lucid dreams, does mugwort allow me to have them at all? because I haven't managed to do it yet.
