hey, so I have a question and I'm wondering if you could answer it. So I've been getting into lucid dreaming and learning techniques for about a week and I'm sticking to it. I'm trying to get a better sleep schedule and go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, but I'm still working on it. Because of that, today I took an afternoon nap for about an hour, and had a normal dream, but then became "lucid".
The reason I put quotes around lucid is because I'm not quite sure. I've had lucid dreams randomly a couple times throughout my life, and it feels like I'm actually conscious in the dream, and I can carry out my wants from the real world into the dreams, while normal dreams where you're not aware have a plot already set in place, and you tend to do really weird things that you wouldn't do in real life.
Well this lucid dream was weird: I just randomly became aware that I was dreaming, no reality check, no method used, just randomly out of nowhere said "I'm dreaming". But it didn't really feel like I was aware, and I wasn't really in control of anything, and just mindlessly followed the plot of the dream until I woke up. It's hard to explain, but it moreso felt like I was "dreaming about having a lucid dream" rather than actually having one. It's similar to how I described normal dreams: they have a plot that you follow, and you aren't really aware. This is what it felt like, except the plot of this dream was that i was "lucid" if that makes sense.
Is this possible? Can you have a dream about being lucid, but not actually be lucid? It seems to me like you can, because you can dream about anything, and any scenario, so what stops you from dreaming about a scenario where you're lucid dreaming? It really felt like every other dream I've had, and as I'm remembering it, it didn't feel like it was "me" in the dream, it felt like my dream-self, just like every other normal dream.
This could have just been a very non-vivid lucid dream because I didn't use any technique, but I do think about lucid dreaming a lot so it would make sense to have a dream about it, without actually becoming lucid in it, and it just being another normal dream, except the plot this time was about me lucid dreaming. Wondering what your thoughts are since you seem to be an expert lol.

Your video provides some tips but there are other things you forgot to mention. I think that even if someone avoids those things you mentioned, they will probably have to do some stuff, such as meditation focused on the third eye and other things, to be able to actually open it. Also, I heard that eating meat, soda and unnatural food makes it more difficult to open one's third eye.

I've been off fluoride toothpaste for about 2 years now and in the next few days I'm going to buy a water filter that stops the fluoride and other toxic stuff. I just stopped drinking alcohol and I'm moving towards my goals. Tnx for all 🙌
