I went to that place, deep inside me. What I found was shocking. I waited for the wise hooded figure to reveal themselves to me. They took off their hood and I thought they would be a woman. An older looking mirror of myself, but instead, standing there in frt of me on this peaceful island was my father. He didn't communicate much but today was the first day he made contact since he died. This video meant a lot to me as now I know how to slip into that sailboat and visit my dad. We can talk about things that happened before my birth, or after he left America. I am looking forward to communicating with him for more understanding.

This was incredible. This was the first guided meditation that fully took me deep into hypnosis. My higher self was an identical version of me but with glowing ethereal eyes and glowing skin. The questions I asked revealed to me so many things. When asked where I am in my life, I suddenly felt myself wrapped within a cacoon. When asked what is my next step, my higher self touched an armour bracelet she wore around her arm engraved with symbols and touched my arm. I slowly became covered in armour and felt this surge of power. I took that to mean that I need to step into my power and confidence. When asked what is holding me back, I experienced a series of memory flashes that were as vivid as if they were out of a movie; of my childhood issues, my teenage self, past relationships, stillframes of me crying and feeling helpless. It all flashed before me in a matter of seconds and brought the most intense amount of emotion into my consciousness. When asked what I can do to overcome it, my higher self simply touched my heart and I felt a surge of love, compassion, and high vibrational emotions and felt them extend from me to everyone else. I felt so renewed after this

I originally did this meditation in 2015 , it was pretty much life changing. Here I am 5 years later, all of the answers I had gotten back then, were brought into reality. Today I had the overwhelming urge to find this and it was incredible to see "the wise old man" again , to realize how much "he" has grown as I have, to note my own progression and see it in such a form was just amazing. The answers or realizations of today's practice are pretty astonishing and I am grateful. Thank you

Thank you - in general, you've stimulated your subconscious mind, so it's very common to feel a little different for a few hours after any significant hypnosis. Best advice given to me: "Give yourself time to relax and process any new understanding".

Not every youtube self hypnosis video work for me. In reality there is only a very small amount of youtube videos that actually work for me.
The video must contain powerful music, not just any music but powerful emotional music that helps me concentrate on the power of my mind.
it must contain very smooth and powerful voices.
The video must not be short but lasting.
The video must be original and be diffrent.
I found all this in this video.
Yesterday when comming back from work i played this amazing video and instantly filled out my needs and loved it!

I had a wonderful experience, most importantly I had fun. this may not be for everyone but if the universe brought you to this, then it is for you. I cannot explain my own experience but that it was the most relaxed I've felt since my last experience astral projecting. it was like a small vacation into myself, & a lovely picnic meeting with God/the universe. I cried of joy knowing that I am able to experience such serene feelings, to imagine such beauty, to have other beings such as you enjoy these meditations. Thank you so much. I have never had such a profound experience during a self-hypnosis session. The sea I envisioned was the lily-covered sea from C.S. Lewis' "Voyage of the Dawn Treader," and the wise old man was Aslan. Although I have identified as an atheist for several years now, I was taken back to my childhood years of church and transcendent worship. I now realize how traumatic my deconversion experience was and how much I miss my relationship with God and the church. I don't know if I'll ever return to the faith, since I still feel it would violate my integrity to worship a deity I do not actually believe in, but it was important for me to acknowledge the very real loss I suffered. Thank you, I will be returning to this meditation—and to the island—whenever I crave a transcendent experience.
