I was thinking about why I watch this cruise news instead of others. I think it is because of the unedited style. When I watch other videos filled with pieced together segments, the flow is not good. Another thing I like is the delivery of the news. It reminds me of Jean Ralphio Saperstein from Parks and Rec. And of course this channel gives Luda all the credit he deserves.

Sickness … ick. My wife and I went on the RC Adventure of the Seas for 8 nights at the end of March into April. It was LOADED with kids for spring break and the Easter holiday. The cruise director actually commented that it was a record. My wife became sick with some type respiratory / sinus thing on the next to last day. We chalked it up to allergies and casino smoke, but it hung on after we returned home to cause a sinus and ear infection and general misery.
I’m convinced it’s because that many kids confined to one ship might as well be an open infection. We’ve raised our four kids and know all too well they they are sticky and yucky and touch everything all the time regardless of how often you force them to watch their hands. …but we still have a great time! 😀

Emma from Emma Cruises had a similar situation where she boarded a ship, then a few hours later had to disembark because of technical issues the ship could not get underway.

My cousin was on this cruise and feels they were compensated very fairly and treated very well. The open bar was a real bonus for he and his wife. They've booked another Alaska cruise out of Seattle, this time on Quantum. They'll be away for an extra week, a small sacrifice.

Just a small heads-up on norovirus that washing your hands is not enough. it can aerosolize from fecal matter and vomit. Staying out of shared bathrooms and in more well-ventilated areas can be helpful if there's an outbreak onboard.
