Bummer that those magazine subscriptions aren’t available in the US. Good to hear that the Heavy Intercessors will be available sooner rather than later. They are pretty much required for Deathwatch, as their best Kill Team option utilizes them.

Everyone raves about the value of Indomitus but does anyone recall Tooth and Claw from 2018? £225 worth of models for £90 with a few new sculpts in there to boot! Most of them multipart kits too, with only the characters in monopose. Gimme back THAT Games Workshop.

@Liam Dempsey worth noting this is most likely a 'trial' to see what the uptake is. (First 4 issues only, Conquest and Mortal Realms both had this). The series will launch properly in July/August

It weird really because you put all the effort in and all I takes me is a few seconds and some thumb clicks. Makes me feel lazy...sort of like the people who enjoy the content but don't hit subscribe.

I feel like this will be amazing value for those who want the armies, and can afford it, it'll be amazing value. However I can't justify the price of £39 per month as currently have indomitus, some extra Necrons and Blood Angels, and since I'm pretty new this would be a massive investment to those armies.
I'll probably try to find the copies I really want, or pick up some extra units on ebay as people will inevitably push stuff out on there.

That Killteam box would have been a good value if it included a rulebook and actual terrain instead of those rubbish Necron board pieces.

The subscription says weekly but they bundle it into 4 issues per month and take one direct debit payment per month. Which works out about £37.

Fauxhammer have done a breakdown of the magazine contents. All the models come to (rough estimate as i cant remeber the exact amounts) £1200 while the subscription casts you £700 over 80 issues. Would love to see you reviewing this every week when it comes out although on a subscription you get 4 mags a month in the post so may be a bit hard to.

If you want everything it's good value. If you don't it's better to just buy the individual kits you want.
One good thing is that a bunch of the unwanted kits will be going very very cheap on ebay.

I’d love to subscribe as I have Marine armies and Necrons, and it’d be nice to get sisters and Ad-mec, but I already have 6 armies and can’t really justify getting two more as much as I’d like to!!! I just plan on getting multiples of certain releases, to Bolster what I already have, much like I did with Conquest!!!

conquest was amazing value if you were able to buy just the issues u wanted. got a PBC for £15 as only over 2 issues. same as rhino and u could get the repulsor for £21 over 3 issues. Id often buy 2 or 3 of certain issues if they had troops to get a bunch for very cheap.

Fauxhammer have done an excellent breakdown of the money you save in the Imperium series. It's over £500 saved if you get everything.
