I remember our boss passed out a blank form asking what "he" could do to make things better for us. We pretty much all wrote "better pay, better hours, not constantly running out of necessities, holiday during christmas season." I've sadly worked for someone who had a problem with "high employe turnaround", he kept complaining that there's no employees with "company loyalty" nowadays.... well, if he had payed his employees fairly, improved the working conditions and not treated them as expendable trash, then maybe they'd stuck around long enough to develop some loyalty 😅
