In the doll factory, Chucky (Brad Dourif) performs a ritual to possess Andy's body. However, this does not work because it is too late. Chucky has spent too much time in the doll's body and is therefore trapped there. Kyle (Christine Elise McCarthy) arrives and drops boxes on Chucky, giving her and Andy time to run.

I love Brad Dourifs voice acting in this movie more than ever. Hes not a silly comedian. Hes a dangerous psychopath trapped in the body of a doll. And i think Chucky looks more real and menacing than ever in this movie.
When Chucky says, "Hows it hangin, Phil?" That is some of the best dialogue ive seen a puppet deliver since Yoda.

Kyle truly is bad ass how she saves him from Chucky. "Andy Run!!" But I find it funny how Chucky freaks out, and yells, "NOOOOO!" and than once the boxes fall on top of him. "What the hell?!!" It makes me laugh every single time. You can honestly hear how desperate Chucky is and wants his spell to work but it's already too late. Kyle is honestly a sweetheart when she asks if Andy is okay, she's such a caring and supportive character. The more I watch this scene when their trying to get out of the maze of Chucky dolls surrounding them, all I think of is The Shining. 2:35

This scene really made me fear for Andy’s safety. In this and the first movie the only reason Chucky didn’t just get rid of him was because we needed his body but in this scene he cannot do that anymore and now has nothing to lose so he’s free to do whatever he wants to Andy now.

Man, I just love the look of the old, mechanical and puppet style Chucky. Definitely more real looking than the newer CGI offerings.
