Something I love about this song is it really explains mental health in a way where everyone can understand. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety in my preteens and being an adult now my conditions have gotten better but I’m still hit with bad days here and there and it’s hard to explain how it feels when I’m having a really bad episode with a panic attack but this song really describes it well. Having a panic attack truly is like being trapped in a panic room with your darkest fears. As you truly can’t escape your mind.

What I see when I listen to this:
A womans car breaks down in the middle of the woods. Her phone has no signal, so she can't contact anyone. A wolf appears out of nowhere, so she screams and starts running, but it doesn't chase her. It was warning her, about the giant shadow demon that is trying to steal her. She doesn't know that until she sees it. Then you can see her running through the woods. A giant shadow looms over her, and her tears stop streaming. She's angry. Black wings unfurl from her back and she flies up above the trees in the moonlight. She kills the creature with her bare claws. Then her energy fades, her wings disappear, and she is knocked unconscious. The camera pans down to her laying in front of her car, dead. Surrounded by feathers. Black blood is seeping from her eyes and nose, and her fingernails are sharper. An ambulance and a police car come out of nowhere. You can see the red and blue lights from the woods, as the camera raises to face the giant moon.
