The point of the teleporting lockers is to take you to an area that you wouldn't be able to go to the usual way. (The usual way being by throwing down pallets.) When you open the blue-print thing, it tells you #/? lockers. # = How many lockers you've gone through, and ? = how many teleporting lockers there are.
If there's 0/1 lockers, it means only 1 Locker can be used and it leads directly to the exit area.
If there's 0/2 lockers, it means that there's going to be 2 areas where the trinkets can spawn.
If there's 1/2 lockers, it means you're in the second area, and there can be another locker in that area that can take you directly to the exit gate.
The same applies if it's 0/4 or 2/4
as long as you only have 1 area left (so like 3/4) it means that the next locker in your area will lead to the exit gate.
