What I love about Folterkammer is that I feel they capture a lot of the magic of bands in the 90's who were tastefully incorporating symphonic elements into extreme metal in a way that sounded eerie and haunting. It reminds me a lot of the earliest days of bands like Tristania or Dismal Euphony.
