I WOULD LOVE a video on how to organize your notes. I have so many notes of random lyrics, song ideas, song titles, etc and I have been trying to figure out how to organize them. I don't even know where to begin, so a video on this would be amazing.

Not sure this is the same thing, but 'Hallelujah' by Leonard Cohen (JB's best, though!) describes in the lyrics what's happening in the music - i.e. "It goes like this, the fourth, the fifth, the minor fall and the major lift" exactly matches the underlying chords.

When you misread the title as, "You're the best mistake I'll ever make," I immediately thought of one of Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt's Oblique Strategies: "Honour thy error as a hidden intention."
