I was listening to this song a few weeks ago, and immediately Inej came to mind. I wasn't entirely sure how to edit it, but last week when I had some time, I went all in. I was mostly done this weekend, but had a few tweaks that I was luckily able to get done in time for #grishaverseeditingweek!

oooh man thank you so much for making this. inej is one of my all-time favorite book characters and this song and the editing really capture her faith and fear and rage, as well as her growing determination to help others stuck in her position. and you included the "i don't have the right to tell you what you should do with your shot at freedom" line which gets me EVERY TIME, as a jesper&inej brotp truther 🤣. i also have a lot of thoughts about kaz's moments in here and how they link up to lyrics but i should probably stop writing at some point. beautifully done.
