It completely hit the mark and adds up a lot to the scene. I really think that we all will always remember this scene of Darlene walking through the FBI office because that song was just unbelievably on point.

Mr Robot really was the finest piece of Art I ever experienced. I knew when I was watching "this is the greatest tv show anyone ever made." Then I realized Mr Robot was the best film or tv show I ever saw. by now when its all over I realized just earlier tonight that Sam Esmail and every artist who contributed to Mr Robot collectively brought us all the single greatest work of Art thus far.

People that hated this finale are far too shortsighted... they're only seeing what's in front of them and not what's above, just as the FBI is in the show. This finale (and season 2 in general) opened up a world of possibilities and I for one, can't wait to see where Sam takes this epic story next season.

I didn't like Darlene at first but she really grew on me. This scene with her being owned by the FBI broke my heart.

I'm still insanely angry that the final season wasn't nominated for anything. This show was the best show on television consistently, it deserved more acknowledgement and recognition. No show has impacted me in such a way before and it had the perfect ending.
No idea who runs these award shows but they have zero taste.

The more I watch Mr Robot and the more I listen to the soundtrack, the more I discover its genius... This song is absolutely perfect for this scene. Darlene, being showed Dom's plan of attack - but the music, "The moth don't care when he sees the flame", and "He might get burned but he's in the game", and "Once he's in - he can't go back", perfect representation of Darlene and fsociety in this scene. The evidence and the FBI - the flame, and the hacks - a bigger purpose: the game. Elliot can't stop, because he's in the game. Dom's evidence and FBI efforts do nothing, they prevail, regardless, as they "can't go back". *Absolutely genius, thank you Sam Esmail*.
