I'm guessing a few other people probably already noted this, but in the edge case that I'm the first here:
Maneskin's version was an adaptation of an adaptation of an adaptation of the original record, sung by Frankie Valli and the four seasons. Honestly in this cover there's more of the four seasons original than there is from lyrics added by Maneskin, honestly quite interesting imo! Somehow the covers have looped back around closer to the OG iteration.
Definitely my favorite iteration of the song here, 10/10 :D
