It really is two different worlds when it comes to hardcore, play all day, do nothing else gamers and the casual scene. Lower tiers if you stick a Mercy on an Orisa then the Orisa is unkillable. Same thing with Reinhardt. You have to focus the Mercy first just to kill high survivability tanks and there's no such thing as a team focusing down specific heroes. There's really no team coordination at all.
