I go to the mosque all the time and as a woman i have to say, women praying can be distracting especially with kneeling and bowing. I wear my most loose abayas and i still feel shy and thatās even around women. How can it be okay to pray in the menās section or a shared one? I canāt fathom..

Salam brother Daniel, As as a practicing Muslim woman, I can't begin to express to you my massive appreciation for these videos and for your work in general. Most working Muslims in the West or the Est are too busy to catch up with what's going on outside of our daily lives, much less what's going on in the da'awah scene. Most of us here in the West entrust our children in these mosques and their affiliate institutions, thinking we're helping them. While not all mosques or Islamic institutions in the US are run by such "reformists" or "liberal shyoukhs" like the ones you mentioned, sadly and alarmingly they are guided by them, often host them, and treat them like celebrities' through our donations. It would be much appreciated brother, if you dedicate a post discussing reliable sources for religious and Sharia education in the US and the West at large (in addition to Alasna Institute). Many thanks in advance, Y.

I have had to make essays to my local masajid (in the DFW area where Omar and Qadhi reign supreme here) demanding that they fix these issues because they have left me being walked in on in the SISTERS' musullah while feeding my son and without niqab by MEN.
I have made my pleas to them. They still don't budge. The only masjid that I could visit that wont play games is 50 minutes away (DMCC if anyone is wondering and needs a good masjid).
And as a victim of childhood sexual abuse and rape before Islam, I want a place where I feel safe from men. But I guess brining food to wives for iftar, using the musullah as a shortcut, and having male janitors clean our bathroom is more important than ensuring my safety and comfort.
My last straw was when compalining about the male janitors upstairs, I guess a kafir husband and wife were teaching our youth wresting. And I made it known that I was displeased with the way the wife was dressed- with her mid-theigh tennis skirt on prancing around all the uncles after salah was finished. This doesnt belong in our masajid- she doesn't belong.
I guess the kuffar's feelings matter more than wala' and bara'.
Hijra was the best decision ever.
But it doesnt surprise me- many of these are modern day Masjid Al-Dirar.

Daniel is doing an amazing job. Masha Allah. Now, it's up to the Ummah, the people, the believers to criticize these 'authority' figures in our community and ask them to rectify themselves and correct the course of action. The believers need to promote people like Daniel Haqiqatjou, Muhammad Hijab, Dr. Ali Ataie and others who haven't succumbed to the temptations and deceptions of modernity.

I am a revert. I have been visiting different mosques. There is one that is close to my home, but brothers and sisters enter the same door and are only separated by a divider wall. The youth are also mixing and itās very distracting. The feeling is VERY different in this masjid than the others I have visited. The divider is ok but itās the same entrance and youth that are most distracting. I will visit this mosque when I must, but will certainly go the extra distance to visit mosques that separate the brothers and sisters.

So glad to have people like you in ummah Daniel, I hope you never change. Every other day we see these 'daaees' and 'scholars' kneeling down to west one by one and misguiding people, at this point I'm so insecure trusting any daae or scholar incase they turn out to be like others, it's almost like they've betrayed our trust. May Allah give you more success and strength to fight these evil agendas. You're doing great work calling these people out. Mashallah ā¤

āI have not left behind me any fitnah (temptation) more harmful to men than women.ā
Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 5096; Muslim, 2740.
How easily Muslims forget about the warning of the Prophet(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). When we should keep interaction between women and men as minimum as possible even by we have to sacrifice the worldly meaning but here we're sacrificing our Deen, Iman in order to increase more interaction between men and women.
Allah swt forgive us and keep us safe from the Fitna of women.

when i used to watch Yaqeen's content i would see those Quran 30 for 30 lives and think "is it okay for a woman to speak with 2 non-mahrams that way ? Does her husband know of this ?" Not even in a judgmental way but just thinking that if i were in such position i would feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable.. may Allah guide them and protect us all from misguidance Ameen
