Okay, I gotta say... the whole "cursed to die" thing always cracks me up. Do people think that without a curse, they'll somehow live forever? No. You're going to die. It doesn't matter if someone curses you to do it or not, it WILL happen. It's the one curse you can cast on anyone and they will 100% end up doing it someday.
