On a more serious note -
This song in particular (From what I remember) Caleb is referring to depression.
The phrase "You Never Know, Until You Know" is for someome that has never gone through any severe depression and thus has no right to talk down upon it to other people that do suffer from severe depression and act like it doesn't matter or just shove it on the side.
Every record on this album has a deep meaning hidden to it.
Caleb's work is pretty impressive to say at least.
The more you know.

I love how its all a metaphor. It shows ''old'' Caleb, terrified, always anxious, showing his old depressed self. Then shows the new Caleb, killing his old self, in a way to leave his past behind. It shows how his anxiety was always there, but he knows its time to stop, so he goes to kill it and feels so relieved afterwards... you can see the grin on his face after he pulls the trigger, how hes done with that part of his life. That why I love Caleb so much, because we can relate to him, but not in a way some people relate to any shitpop singer, I mean that some of us can really relate to his music and him, as this man who is battling, trying to overcome depression and anxiety. Caleb and Beartooth is such an inspiration to me, not only in music, but as a human being, and they have helped me in some ''dark'' days, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels like this. so beautiful...
