Jump serve is such a powerful thing when u have 90-100 cm jump height. I was jumping as far as i could into the zone to get closer to net and was still able to hit the ball at around 310-320 cm height. and at this point if u are able to choose the destination of your serve - it's almost unstoppable

What I did when I was still practicing was do jump floats(with the run) and hit the ball top-spin. It helped me hit the ball better when I started doing the one-hand toss.

2. toss ball with high spin 2m in front of you
3. 3 step approach
4. jump up and front towards the ball
5. hit the ball at the highest point possible and fold down your wrist
