Colloidal silver. Spray your toothbrush every day, brush teeth and gums with or without paste, rinse 1 minute with Colloidal Silver, spit it out, then a bit more silver and hold it in the mouth for a few minutes, occasionally swishing it around. The pain in my teeth and ache in my jaw went away by the third day. The gums look healthier and seem to be growing. I read about this in The Silver Edge website and it works. Also putting 1 cup of the silver in each load of laundry. Sprayed it on my outdoor stray cat's food when she seemed ill and it took 3 days for her to start eating and having energy again. There's an encyclopedia of information on the website along with access to scientific studies.

My personal experience: had periodontal disease and receding gums for 20+ years. For the past ten years, been having cleans every four months. Problem slowed but still progressed until I needed a graft to take material off the roof of my mouth and planted to protect my bottom teeth. Kinda sucked!
Anyway, long story short: changed my diet about a year ago. Went low carb. The gradual improvement to my overall health has been numerous and ongoing. Including my last trip to hygienist who was stunned by the progress. She called the dentist in to see for himself. Anyway, I'm currently on the normal six month schedule!

This is the best video on this subject I have seen so far. Great work. Also remember that the reason for Gum disease are linked to parasites in the mouth. So such as oral irrigators will be beneficial for rinsing them out and also bentonite clay mixed with coconut oil for oil pulling with for example oregano oil. Clove oil is good for parasite cleanse as well.

Recession is caused by other factors as well, it is not just poor oral care. I’ve always taken care of my teeth, but have recession issues. I never had any cavities for over the first 3 decades of my life. One is brush too hard, also people who have had braces tend to have recession problems. I had braces. I also had a a systemic infection in a tooth due to a dentist that caused me to get very ill for over 2 years and that wreaked havoc on my teeth, causing me to have to lose some. Dentists cause a lot of problems with our teeth. Fluoride is poison. These natural tips are all good for helping keep a healthy mouth and repair damages.
