To everyone who's studying with this music:
Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

i have tried so many techniques and it never really worked out for me. Music was the only thing that helped me out for my homework, but now that i have more reading and essays to do, i am no longer to listen to my music or else i start to get distracted. I love the synthetic, the vibe, the music you put in your videos. it helps me even more that you put the breaks in, i tend to forget to eat or drink and/or just take care of myself. You have helped me so much and after 1.5 years of college, i feel that im able to take control of my life again. thank you.

Honestly finding this channel has been huge for me in a work from home environment! I know it's targeted for studying, but just wanted to flag the appreciation for it helping my little brain focus in a working environment as well - thank you!
It is way easier for me to focus and get less overwhelmed / frozen when I have a lot to do if I have a list of tasks and time blocks from Pomodoro.

They helped me get through my board exams and even thought I'll be writing my last exam tomorrow, I still don't feel any burnout(These exams have been going on for a month.) Hey there! I just wanted to share that I managed to finish memorizing all the questions in a chapter of my History syllabus! It was a great study session and I feel proud of myself. I think the inclusive environment this created for me really helped me focus and concentrate better and I loved the messages given in the timer, that was an awesome morale booster and much needed.
