The most annoying thing about it is that they have artifact load-outs as we want them implemented in HI3, Genshin's predecessor.
What makes it funny is HI3 has the feature but doesn't really need it. (most units have only one usually unique optimal set} While Genshin needs it more as each patch goes by and still doesn't have it after nearly 3 years.

Alright guys. Next time Genshin gives us a survey, let's all type in what Sevy says in 4:23 (The Artifact Loadouts We Want):
"We want to set-up, save and equip Artifact Loadouts that WE already created, similiar to the way we set-up, save and load Teams that we already created."
Personally, i feel the upcoming feature is incomplete, so imma inhale a lot of hopium here. HOPEFULLY the devs finally understand and build on what the community wants. Let's make it happen!

I think Sevy mentioned this, but the main reason I want loadouts is so I can have different builds for one character. My characters donāt share artifacts, Iāve been working on that for a long time. However, a good example is my traveler. I originally built him physical since his hydro skill drained HP. I realized I could still use physical with my Nilou bloom team except I just need to swap out a Dendro goblet. Easy. But I also want to build electro traveler at some point and THAT is what would require a new build and I really hoped this was an easier way of swapping between my physical build and the electro build

I am still incredibly salty about the current state of Dehya, anniversary rewards and the QOL improvements that we have been complaining about for 3+ years. HSR gets a ton of stuff we have been asking for in Genshin and now they get a free 5 star that is actually good. We got Aloy. This wack BS loadout feature is just the last straw. They are literally pissing on our leg and telling us it is raining. People are finally waking up and complaining en masse. In the livestream a dev said "dont be too hard on us", now I know why.

For everyone that wants a reference to what Sevy means in the "Artifact Loadout We Want" portion of her video, just take a look at Diablo 3's "Armory" feature.
The "Armory" feature in Diablo 3 lets you SAVE your "current" equipped gear on your character. This creates a BUILD. Once you equip other gears or change builds completely of that character, you can then LOAD the saved equipped gear then it will automatically change the current build to the loaded one.

Everything you described is exactly what I was hoping for and Iām sad that they didnāt actually give us loadouts.
One thing else that I really want though is the ability to look at my character menus before starting the Abyss. Since itās our only endgame content it would be great if I could edit my characters builds and weapons right before going in just likeā¦ Memory of Chaos and Simulated Universe in Honkai: Star Rail.

Given how things seem to go with Hoyoverse, next Star Rail patch will likely include the actual proper loadout system that everyone actually wants.
I was hoping you'd cover this and give it some exposure. I personally don't have any need for loadouts as I pretty much never change my team except for in Events where I have to but even I know this has been a dream feature for a lot of players literally since launch. This response by Hoyoverse is one of the reasons why I can't really take it seriously that they actually listen to player feedback. Sure, sometimes they do manage to "get it right" but more often than not they just don't.. or, if they do, it takes forever for them to do it. See the change to Daily Quests for something that not only took forever but still isn't done right (why are Domains and even Weekly Boss Fights not counted for daily credit?). Not giving players training rooms (when the functionality already exists in the character trials) or more engaging, ongoing content outside of the open world and Abyss under the excuse of "But it's not a hardcore game!" are more examples.

It would LEGITIMATELY be less embarrassing for them if they just admitted to not know what a loadout is. Because honestly, using the term āloadoutā and not having it actually be anything close to the actual definition of a loadout is justā¦diabolocal of them to do.
