It is funny, I have very fond memories of the Wish era. I remember the day, I bought the album and I absolutely loved it the first time I heard it. I remember the Wish tour was the first time I saw the band live. Looking back on it, I am thrilled that I saw this incarnation of the band live. Personally, this was my favorite incarnation of the band and a classic lineup. Another thing, I am equally thrilled with the job that was done with the Remastered version of Wish. It sounds absolutely amazing. It is really cool seeing this interview session and hearing them talk about this album. Where has time gone? It is hard to believe this was over thirty years ago. It seems just like yesterday that I bought this album and attended the tour.

This album changed my life. I was only 10 when my brother brought it home. One of the best The Cure album IMO.

I first heard of The Cure the year that this was released, through a pay-per-view ad for one of the Wish Tour shows, but I didn't delve into the band until November 1993, in an effort to get to know a girl who I liked in high school who was a fan. I never worked up the nerve to say more than, "Hi," to her in the cafeteria, but I still have The Cure, and it's been a wonderful journey. Thank you.
