As a die hard lover of every genre in music - especially rock & punk- it makes me so irate that the younger generation think his last two albums were so original and unique! I listened for the nostalgia. Nostalgia being the key word here. He literally copy and pasted every smash hit & big bands from previous 00’s. Along with the influence of 90’s rebel attitude - having his hair like Kurt Cobain & talking about the “27 club”. He mashed up all iconic bands and their sounds from before and put it out as an album and called it a day. Fall Out Boy, Blink 182 (literally has Travis on the drums) etc etc
